Celebrating Love at Belkerke Farm

Nicole and Owen’s Belkerke Farm engagement session was straight out of a springtime dream! The apple orchard was bursting with blossoms. The air smelled like delicious apples (I had no idea the blossoms smelled like apples too!). These two could not stop smiling at each other. They are honestly the sweetest couple, so in love and full of joy!

We kicked things off with the cutest little picnic right in the middle of the orchard. They popped a bottle of sparkling wine, cuddled up on their blanket, and shared the biggest giggles while toasting to this exciting season of life. It was such an easygoing and happy start to the evening, and it set the tone perfectly for the rest of their Belkerke Farm engagement session.

Belkerke Farm & Orchard near Tillsonburg is such a charming spot for engagement photos. The orchard stretches out with neat rows of apple trees, creating beautiful natural lines for photos. In spring, the blossoms make it feel like walking through a storybook. The fresh, sweet scent in the air makes every moment feel extra magical. It’s one of those places that instantly puts couples at ease and lets them be themselves, which is exactly why every session there is so special.

And because every great story needs a little twist, we had a very opinionated mama killdeer keeping a close eye on me! She had a nest nearby and was not thrilled about me being in her space. She squawked her little heart out the whole time, and we were all cracking up. It was one of those fun, unexpected moments that made the orchard session even more memorable.

Golden Hour and Sweet Moments

As the sun dipped lower, we wandered through rows of apple trees glowing in the prettiest golden light. Nicole and Owen kept stealing little looks at each other that made my heart melt. The way they laugh together and just are together is pure magic. Their Belkerke Farm engagement session captured so many little moments that tell their love story perfectly.

These two will be getting married at Fantasy Farm in Toronto next May, and I can already tell it’s going to be an incredible day filled with laughter, love, and maybe a few happy tears too. I am so excited!!
