If you like elegant and romantic combined with down-to-earth, then you’ll love Ashley and Chad’s wedding day! Otter Creek wedding days are always just so beautiful.

Ashley and Chad both grew up in Otterville, and their hearts are attached to the little town. So, it was a no-brainer for them to tie the knot at Otter Creek Golf and Country Club.

Getting Ready in Otterville

The day started with getting ready at their parents’ homes. Ashley looked absolutely stunning in her romantic gown from Sophie’s Gown Shoppe and her dainty necklace gifted by her grandmother.

The wedding day from start to finish was filled with sunshine, bright colours, and countless candid laughs. The couple, the wedding party, and all their friends and family were overjoyed the entire day.

Romantic Details and Décor

Their décor complemented Otter Creek perfectly. Soft pinks in Ashley’s bouquet and bridesmaids’ dresses paired beautifully with Chad’s and his groomsmen’s navy suits. These colours looked stunning under the canopy of green leaves along Coal Road and during the ceremony.

The couple shared their first look at an Otterville classic location—the Otterville Mill! This spot was also where they had their engagement session. It was the perfect place for an intimate and meaningful first look.

Ashley and I have known each other since kindergarten, so when she reached out after getting engaged to Chad, I was instantly excited. To make it even more personal, Ashley’s mom was my junior kindergarten teacher. Small-town life came full circle. Twenty-two years later, my team and I were there for Ashley on her big, emotional day ❤️
