Sarah and Jesse’s wedding day truly felt and looked like a fairytale!!

From Sarah’s satin slippers to the castle-like Old Courthouse, to Sarah’s princess gown and dreamy bridal bouquet, it definitely was a day fit for royalty!

The shoes Sarah wore were her mom’s wedding shoes from 1990. The light champagne colour matched the roses in Sarah’s bouquet perfectly, so of course, I had to take a photo of them together! Even Sarah’s dancing shoes were glam- sparkly Keds couldn’t be more perfect for a fairytale wedding!

The backdrop for Sarah and Jesse’s ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful- centuries-old stone walls covered in ivy made for a castle feel! The gorgeous archways near the main entrance to the Courthouse, and the elegant staircase were a MUST for their sunset portraits!

The closeness between Sarah and Jesse and their wedding party was evident all day long! Sarah’s Maid of Honour, Megan, was nearly in tears watching Sarah have her bridal portraits done before the ceremony. She stood beside me and said, “Oh my God, I can’t believe how amazing my best friend is.”

What stood out to me the most was how genuinely kind their wedding party and family were to me, and to all the professionals! I felt like I was a part of their group! They asked me what they could help me with, offered to carry gear, and treated me like we’ve known each other for years! Let me just say, Sarah and Jesse have excellent taste in their friends ❤️

While the ENTIRE day was amazing for so many reasons, my absolute favourite part was getting to create those dreamy portraits that made Jesse and Sarah feel like they were a king and queen on their wedding day, and getting to spend that time with them! ❤️
